I was always told this stuff isn't edible...I guess $30/lb for the more traditional counterpart is making it look much more appetizing. Hey, the pros are doing it, it must be worth a shot.
How do they fight and will they take a fly?With all the hub-bub about Pac, Coho, Atlantic, etc. Salmon and their over fishing and poor farming, this may be a viable alternative that is durable and tough. Of course, if its anything like tilapia, you wouldn't want to eat it anyway. Lets hope its as healthy (to eat) as its bigger, more popular cousins.... and that it fights as hard at the end of the long stick.
